Cutting-Edge Technology
The Phoenix One-Piece device combines the latest, most advanced, and secure communication and tracking technologies, complying with the highest international standards.
Three integrated electronic monitoring solutions — the One-Piece GNSS Ankle Monitor, the Electronic Home Monitoring Device and the Victim Protection Device — operating on a single platform, with real-time monitoring and data delivery 24/7 through the Monitoring Centre.

The Phoenix One-Piece device combines the latest, most advanced, and secure communication and tracking technologies, complying with the highest international standards.
It is the first electronic ankle monitor with 4G technology, placing it among the best technologies on the market.
4G technology ensures broader coverage, while the tamper-proof strap immediately triggers an alarm if ruptured.
It can be used for Residential Monitoring and simultaneously with the Victim Protection device.
The latest device launched by Synergye, it is one of the lightest electronic ankle monitors on the market, weighing only 100 grams. Its anatomical design fits securely around the ankle, providing comfort and discretion, allowing the monitored individual to maintain a normal lifestyle.

The device complies with the highest international safety standards. Using 4G, 3G, and 2G technology, it operates entirely on a web-based platform developed in Brazil, enabling real-time monitoring and data delivery 24/7.

Combining fibre optics and metal wire technology, the system is safe, robust, and easy to install, ensuring effective monitoring and preventing tampering by the monitored person.

An auxiliary tool is provided for device removal. Easy to use, it enables safe and precise uninstallation and reinstallation without causing damage to the device. There is no need to cut the fixing strap.

The Phoenix One-Piece device combines the latest, most advanced, and secure communication and tracking technologies, complying with the highest international standards.
It enables tracking in areas without GPS signal such as indoor environments.
It features a motion sensor that prevents the Residential Unit device from being moved from its installation site and detects any tampering with the monitored person's location.
It can be used with both the Phoenix TAG and the One-Piece 3G, depending on the customer's needs.

The Synergye Residential Unit enables indoor tracking of the monitored person by using radio frequency to communicate with the electronic monitoring device. If a gap is detected between the Residential Unit and the device, an alarm is immediately sent to the Monitoring Centre.

Weighing only 40 grams, it is the lightest device on the market, offering comfort and discretion to the monitored person. It uses advanced, secure technology that communicates with the Residential Unit via radio frequency.

Combining fibre optics and metal wire technology, the system is safe, robust, and easy to install, ensuring effective monitoring and preventing tampering by the monitored person.

Internal monitoring is performed by the GNSS 2G/3G One-Piece Unit. If the monitored person departs from the Residential Unit, an alarm is immediately sent to the Monitoring Centre.
Internal monitoring is performed by the Residential Unit via radio frequency. In the event of an absence, an alarm is immediately sent to the Monitoring Centre.

By activating the panic button, the device automatically starts recording the ambient sound and alerts the Monitoring Centre.
By using the solution, the victim can remain safe without embarrassment. After all, it is the aggressor who needs to be monitored—the victim only requires protection.
The system monitors the aggressor's approach, and also allows the victim to make an emergency call to the Security Centre.
Compatible with the Phoenix, the GNSS Victim Devices, as well as the One-Piece Device (2G/3G).

The electronic monitoring solution for domestic violence is a sophisticated proximity notification system designed to protect victims. Using GNSS location and/or radio frequency monitoring, the platform tracks both the aggressor's movements and the protected victim, 24 hours a day.
The solution detects if an aggressor is within a safety distance from the victim—previously configured and determined by judicial measures—allowing alerts to be activated if the aggressor approaches the predetermined radius. With a modern and secure interface, communication between the victim and the Monitoring Centre is fast and direct.
